I’ve been wracking my brain for 10 minutes trying to think of something witty and clever to say, but alas, I cannot. Perhaps it’s because I wrote almost 7,000 words already this week, and I’m all worded out.
A writer, worded out? NEVER.
Hey, it happens. But I did get some pretty nice inspiration for this talk I gave in Sacrament meeting today, and I finally figured out how to get past the scene in my novel that’s been giving me grief for nearly two months. (YAY! *throws confetti*)
So yeah. I’m okay with a little writer’s block tonight. I’ll just satisfy your curiosity with pictures instead. And look: one of them moves!
I’ve been wanting to explore more of Tynemouth ever since I went to the Priory and Castle
back in November. I finally made it back this week, and enjoyed a lovely walk along the coast as the tide came in.
These signs made an appearance after the cows showed up in the park again. Lots of people let their dogs run through the moor off leash, but with 28 cows in there now, it might not be such a good idea anymore…

I got these cute wooden tulips as a souvenir during my trip to Amsterdam. They look so lovely and cheerful in my window.
